Speed Improvements, again

Recently this website has seen a drastic reduction in speed, and through some testing I've determined it to be provider related. Click read more to get the rest of the story.
After noticing this reduction in speed, I've decided to go with a new provider, phpwebhosting . Phpwebhosting provides 250MB of space with more space for free if you show a need, fairly unlimited data transfer and from the looks of it MUCH better speed. The MWSOC forums alluded to in the previous news item are also currently hosted with phpwebhosting. The previous provider, Hostway, was having serious problems with their mysql server. This was evident in that static content on that server was blazing fast by the dynamic content generated by this site was resulting in page load times of over 10 seconds. That was unacceptable.
Oh, did I mention that phpwebhosting is 9.99 a month versus the 21.99 a month that Hostway was charging? Seemed like a no brainer to me!
